Power Supply

The industrial cluster is supplied with stable electricity from the National Grid through Duc Thang 110kV substation via the 376-E7.11 line.

Water Supply

Water for the project is supplied by Hiep Hoa No. 1 Water Plant in Dong Lo Commune, Hiep Hoa District. The current capacity is 9,000 m³/day, expected to be increased to 18,000 m³/day.

Wastewater Treatment

A wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 3,000 m³/day will be constructed.

Traffic System

l The main road is 46.5m wide, partly consisting of service roads;

l Internal roads are 24-28m wide.

Investment Incentives at Danh Thang - Doan Bai Industrial Cluster

l Exemption from raw land tax for 7 years;

l Corporate Income Tax (CIT) exemption for the first 2 years and a 50% reduction for the next 4 years;

l CIT rate of 17% for 10 years.
