Electricity is provided from the 35kV medium-voltage line running through the northwest side of the project.

Water Supply System
Water is sourced from the D150 water pipeline along National Highway 1A. Fire hydrants are installed at an average distance of 100m per unit, located mainly at intersections and factory entrances.

Wastewater Treatment System
Wastewater is collected into branch sewer D400 and main sewer D600, then directed to the wastewater treatment station located in the southeast of the site before being discharged into the central treatment system as planned.

Telecommunication System
Information cables are arranged within the technical corridor of internal roads and connected to the regional national telecommunications network. Information cabinet boxes are installed to ensure smooth operation and easy management.
