Power Supply System

The power supply for the entire industrial cluster is sourced from a 22kV power line.
Two new 35kV/0.4kV substations are built to serve the entire planned area. From the substations, low-voltage 0.4kV underground cables run along sidewalks to electrical cabinets, ensuring power supply to the entire cluster.

Water Supply System

The water supply comes from the clean water plant pipeline network serving rural communes under development. The total water demand for the entire cluster is approximately 1,670 m³/day-night.

Wastewater Treatment System

Wastewater from factories and enterprises is pre-treated before being collected through a circular sewer system (D300, D400) located in green areas along roads. The wastewater is then transported to the centralized treatment facility within the technical infrastructure zone. After meeting regulatory standards, it is discharged into the environment through a dedicated pipeline.

Fire Protection System

Fire hydrants are installed at prominent locations, such as intersections, with a maximum distance of 150m between them.
