Power supply system
A new 110/22 kV substation will be built. Substation No.1 will have a capacity of 2×40 MVA. A synchronized 22 kV power line network will be invested in within the industrial park.

Water supply system
The project’s water supply will be sourced from the provincial water supply network, connected at the starting point of the pipeline on National Highway N2. The total water demand of the industrial park is about 17,000 m³/day-night.

Wastewater treatment system
A centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 9,500 m³/day-night will be constructed.

Telecommunication system
The communication system for the planned area will be an underground network connected from Duc Hue Telecommunications Station. Antenna poles in the industrial park will be arranged in accordance with regulatory spacing.
