Power Supply System

• Construction of a biomass power plant to supply electricity for the entire cluster
• Construction of 17 new transformer stations, with those of capacity up to 630KVA potentially using pole-mounted transformers on two concrete columns
• Transformer stations with 630KVA capacity can use semi-enclosed or kiosk-type stations depending on investors' capital

Water Supply System

• Use of several bore wells in the infrastructure area to extract groundwater, which is then pumped to a centralized water treatment system to create pressure and supply water for the entire cluster (Phase 1)
• In Phase 2, water will be sourced from the local water supply system

Waste Management
Solid waste will be sorted at the source, with tightly sealed bins provided. After collection, waste will be temporarily stored and sorted in the infrastructure treatment area before being transported to the official treatment facility.

Drainage System

• Separate drainage systems for domestic/industrial wastewater and rainwater, operating on a gravity basis
• Wastewater from facilities is preliminarily treated through septic tanks, then sent to individual wastewater systems. Once reaching standard level B, it is conveyed through internal drainage pipes to the cluster’s central treatment plant

Transportation System

• Three 20m-wide roads, with 10m carriageway and 5m sidewalks on each side
• One 14m-wide road, with 7m carriageway and 3.5m sidewalks on each side
