Power Supply
Power is supplied via the 110/35/22kV substation. The high-voltage grid is distributed along internal roads within the industrial park.

Water Supply
Clean water with a capacity of 30,000 m³/day is provided from a dedicated water plant and delivered to factory fences through an international standard pipeline system.

Wastewater and Waste Treatment
Wastewater is collected and treated at the industrial park’s treatment plant to meet Grade A standards (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before being discharged. The treatment plant has a capacity of 2,900 m³/day-night.

Telecommunication System
The park is equipped with an underground telecom cable system, delivering services to factory fences via international standard cabling.

Firefighting System
The industrial park is equipped with warning, prevention, and fire extinguishing systems that strictly comply with national safety standards.
