Power for production is supplied by two 22KV power lines running through the industrial park, connected to the 110/22KV Chau Thanh substation.

The clean water plant, invested by Ben Tre Water Supply and Drainage Company, has a capacity of 3,300 m³/day. Underground water pipelines (D100–D250) follow traffic routes and reach each land plot.

Wastewater Treatment:
All production wastewater is collected and treated at a centralized treatment plant with a capacity of 2,000 m³/day before being discharged into the environment.

Internal Road System:
The main road has a width of 35m, including a 15m-wide carriageway. Branch roads are 16–24m wide, with 6–8m carriageways.
