The industrial park is equipped with an internal 110kV/22kV transformer station to meet the electricity demands of businesses.

The industrial park has invested in a water treatment plant with a capacity of 4,300 m³/day, sourced from the surface water of the Co Chien River.

Wastewater Treatment System
All industrial wastewater generated within the park is collected and treated at a centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 2,500 m³/day. Treated wastewater meets Category A standards before being discharged into the environment.

Internal Road System
The main roads in the industrial park have a right-of-way width of 31m - 43m, with road surface widths of 16m - 21m. Branch roads have a width of 12m - 20m, with road surfaces ranging from 6m to 8m. All roads are equipped with sidewalks 6m - 8m wide on both sides.
